Marci and Brian Gragg, Owners

Owners

Brian and Marci Gragg are Fort Walton Beach residents. They’ve owned businesses in Ohio and Florida since 2004, and as entrepreneurs, quality and integrity have always been their top priorities.

Brian’s history in the construction industry gives our team a unique perspective on the quality of synthetic grass installations provided by local certified installers. They desired to work alongside a local community to enhance its existing beauty, so Marci and Brian relocated to Fort Walton Beach and launched ForeverLawn® Emerald Coast in 2017.

Danny Alvarado

Lead Installer

Danny Alvarado joined the ForeverLawn® Emerald Coast team in the fall of 2020. He is our Lead Installer, ensuring that every synthetic grass installation is completed properly, on-time, and within our high standards of quality.

Danny takes great pride in his work. He loves seeing the job come together to exceed our clients’ expectations.

When Danny is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. As an Emerald Coast resident, he loves relaxing on the beautiful beaches in the panhandle.

Michi Soto

Lead Installer

Michi joined our team in the fall of 2020. Throughout this time, he’s grown from crew member to Lead Installer. He has learned all aspects of artificial grass installation, including how to accomplish our standards of quality with every service — which he now instills in his team.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, Melissa, their family, and their friends. He enjoys going to the beach, and loves to travel for his job.

Patina Jay

Office Manager

Our Office Manager, Patina Jay, is the central hub of organization and customer satisfaction. She resolves phone inquiries, schedules appointments, and organizes the calendar meticulously to align the needs of our customers, sales staff, and synthetic grass installation crews.

She’s dedicated to providing timely updates and ensuring smooth progress throughout the duration of each project. Even better, she creates a warm and efficient office environment to facilitate an exceptional experience for you, and a productive and joyous atmosphere for our team.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her son, family, and loved ones. She also has a passion for volunteering and engaging in community outreach.

Austin Tipton

Commercial Account Manager

Austin Tipton is our Commercial Account Manager, and he focuses primarily on coordinating with our synthetic grass contractors. This means that landscapers, developers, and builders alike can rest assured that they’ll have one point of contact throughout their project.

Austin’s attention to detail will ensure the comprehensive plan and seamless process that every project manager looks for. With a commitment to quality and a love for the outdoors, Austin brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every project.

Married with three kids and three dogs, he enjoys spending time outdoors and has a passion for all things motorsports.

Melissa Soto

Project Coordinator

Melissa is our Project Coordinator. Whether your project is commercial or residential, Melissa is integral in organizing material deliveries, crew members, and communications for all projects. She keeps everyone ready for the next step.

She loves to spend time at the beach, taking in the environment, and with her family and friends. She’s married to a wonderful husband who loves to spend quality time with her and their puppy. She enjoys having fun and loving God.
